## Questions about pricing

### Is there a free trial?

We don’t offer a free trial. Instead, every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If getread isn’t right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it. The guarantee covers your first month’s subscription (not extra-email charges), is available once per customer, and ends your subscription when we refund it.

### Do newsletters and receipts count separately?

No, they all come from one monthly pool. Send whatever mix you need, and you never have to guess how to split it.

### What if I send more than my plan includes?

We won’t stop your email. Anything beyond your plan’s monthly pool is billed in small blocks at your plan’s extra-email rate, listed on our pricing page.

### Can I change plans later?

Of course. Move up or down whenever you need to. Upgrades take effect right away, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

### Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. Every plan is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
